The role of High Sheriff is entirely voluntary, unpaid, and operates without any cost to the public purse. While no engagement fee is charged for visits, the High Sheriff is raising funds during the Shrieval Year to support a range of charitable organisations dedicated to helping young people in Oxfordshire.

If you, your organisation, or event participants would like to contribute to the High Sheriff’s charitable fund, donations can be made through the Oxfordshire Community Foundation. Gift Aid can be applied to eligible donations.
